| Abstract - The UK based design company Bright White appointed the hub for this unusual project. Our team built and installed ‘The Art of Co-existence’, a permanent exhibition at the Lofoten Aquarium in Kabelvåg on Austvågøy island, one of the Lofoten islands in Norway. The exhibition includes a number of exciting and stimulating interactive displays, exploring the relationships between humans and the natural environment. Visitors, particularly children are introduced to new ideas about marine life. The hub’s project included joinery, metalwork, interactive models (in collaboration with our sub-contractor Larger Than Life) and decoration. The revitalised Aquarium re-opened in March 2008. |
